To all our current students, Happy Summer! With so many of you home in CT for the summer, we are pleased to share that we are organizing an early-summer meet-up at Dunkin' Park later this month, and you and all your fellow Connecticut Yale students (and your peers from the other Ivies) are invited! Our Yale Club of Hartford alumni and our Hartford "All-Ivy" alumni community are looking forward to meeting you at this event, too! (Alumni: This means you're welcome to join as well!)
Join us on Thursday, June 26th from 6:00-10:00 PM at Dunkin' Park (1214 Main St, Hartford)! Our group will have space at Liberty Bank Picnic Pavilion as we watch the Hartford Yard Goats square-off against the New Hampshire Fisher Cats (first pitch at 7:10 PM). There will be all-you-can-eat summer picnic food in our space, and drinks options will be available as well! And best of all, there will be wonderful company of today's Yalie and Ivy students from CT, alongside alumni of Yale and all our peer Ivies!
For our current Yale College students (Classes of 2025-2029): We are excited to share that the first 20 current student tickets claimed will be FREE! Beyond that, tickets are $39 for students and $49 for alumni, and include a ticket to watch the Yard Goats game from the Picnic Pavilion, as well as all-you-can-eat food. We expect this event to sell-out, so please get your tickets early!
This is intended to be a very informal early evening event ‒ come as you are for as much or as little time as your schedule allows on the 26th! You are welcome to bring guests, too (just make sure you buy tickets for them as well!). Finally, for those who would like someone else to do the driving for this event, we'll help those interested find other event guests to share an Uber, Lyft, or other rideshare to or from Dunkin' Park.
Once again, we expect lots of interest in this event, so please get your tickets as soon as you can!
